In 1983 the British rock band Eurythmics released an album with the title track "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" which went to no. 1 on the Billboard Top 100 charts.
A lot of people, including me, thought it was a cool song. I still think so. If you know the song, you'll no doubt recall the hook "everybody's looking for something." If by chance you don't know the song, pull it up and listen. Although I must warn you, it might stay stuck in your head for a while.
Personal leadership is about your potential, possibilities and performance.
As a matter of fact, it penetrates the deeper issues involved in achieving maximum positive impact in work and life. We often say we have desires and dreams, yet we do not lead ourselves towards a bright future of truly meaningful accomplishment.
As I'm going for my walk, I notice that I am experiencing pressure with a lot to do, and a lot more to handle going forward. I feel the pressure.
Only to remember while waiting for the light to turn to the walking signal for the pedestrian, that I recall that pressure is made up. It is a state of mind.

I am super excited to write to you today about mixing spirituality with business!
I remember how my entire life I wanted to travel and have a luxurious, international business experience. I saw myself doing it. I saw myself in a well-respected position at a prestigious firm.
Stay tuned for an opportunity to be in your true essence, in your glory, and to be empowered from the inside out.
If you feel worn out, or overwhelmed, then allow yourself to indulge in the possibility of a beautiful, transformative experience.
Is it time to quench your thirst for inner richness
Welcome to 2018!
It is in my experience that beginning a new year having reviewed your previous year allows you to really see your successes and achievements, integrate what you have learned, and review your gratitude’s from the past year.
Rather than blindly diving into the new year with some half-hearted resolutions, reviewing your 2017 will empower you deeply as you begin 2018.
