Françoise Everett, MS, is a feminine leadership coach, facilitator, speaker, author and lifestyle business owner. She works with women entrepreneurs and women who hold leadership positions. She loves supporting women around the world to unlock their inner wisdom, feminine power, and hidden richness.

Her work spans over 15 years in professional services and 12 in transformational success coaching. She holds a Master’s degree in Communications Management and is a Certified Feminine Power Coach, (and soon to be) Certified Facilitator and Leader by the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training and Leadership.

Her transformative coaching approach, as distinct from traditional, goal-oriented coaching, helps women break through their own inner glass ceiling to discover their true identity. That identity is what informs our expectations, behaviors, choices, and decisions across all parts of life. What your life looks like is the test of what and who you consider yourself to be. Through Françoise’s transformative coaching process, women discover how to align their lives and leadership with their true selves, resulting in a happier, more satisfying and peaceful life experience. She works in partnership with her clients to examine the areas of life that really matter: confidence, influence, creativity, and wellbeing, to name a few. More importantly, it can eventually lead to authentic self-actualization, an indispensable element of a fulfilling life, and world-changing leadership.
She is the mother of an amazing daughter, lovingly adopted from China, who was the catalyst for her own growth. When not spending time with her daughter or fiancé, you can often find Françoise in the kitchen creating her favorite paleo desserts or enjoying a glass of French rosé while cooking a gourmet meal.
