Where in your world, is the woman behind the plan? A few years ago, I spoke with a wonderful woman who desperately wanted coaching. She wanted to grow personally and increase her confidence. And her awareness. Her words.
When we examined having a plan in place she already had the plan. What she really needed was the woman behind the plan. Again, her words. Thus, I'm asking you as well.
Are you the woman missing behind the plan?
You already know what to do. You have the plan. Yet, you are still not implementing because YOU are missing.
You feel exhausted.
You lack confidence, as well as, the belief in this moment that it can really be any different than it is right now. Yet deep down you feel the deeper possibility that it can be different, that in some way it MUST be better, but how much more effort would it take for you to actually get there?
This is not a big surprise. We often go about growing ourselves and in our leadership roles by doing more of what we've been doing, rather than expanding our own capacity to become the woman who can be and create more.
We must leave behind what we already know and step into a much bigger consciousness which allows for the growth to be simpler. This is where a transformative leadership and lifestyle expert comes in.
Because when you're tired, you cannot see or think clearly so elegant solutions and new opportunities are elusive. You're bound to do more of the same in a never-ending attempt to break through.
There are three distinct ways to unlock your deeper potential for MORE without more doing.
1) Connect With Yourself:
Too often we over-ride and dismiss what we need as though it doesn't matter right now... when in fact it might be the exact answer to a deeper insight or solution you are seeking.
It is the wisdom of the body interjecting into your intellect to distract you long enough to hopefully get your attention.
Most women are disconnected from their desires. They don't allow themselves to FEEL what they really want out of life because often it feels like what they yearn for is too much or too difficult to create or too far from where they are in the moment.
AND, there is pain there... a woman can feel when she is settling for the status quo all the while knowing there is a potent untapped potential inside of her.
This is often an invitation to step into a bigger life.
And become the woman behind the plan.
As you expand it becomes necessary to connect with and rely on the great support of Life. The Guardian Angels. Your Spiritual Team. God. Nature. Love. Trust.
This can be hard at first, however asking for help on a regular basis need not come from a weak place of inadequacy, but from an acknowledgment that co-creation is required.
We all require support. And it feels great to request it as an empowered woman AND to expect the support, and then expand enough to receive it!
So, what next step are you taking to give yourself permission and support for your own bigger life?
2) Connect With Life:
It's challenging when we are disconnected from ourselves and our desires to be connected to Life. Mostly we wind up in reaction to life rather than in co-creation of it and with it.
Interestingly, the words reaction and creation have the exact same letters, however, you'll notice that they are organized in a different order.
Our ability to truly connect to life is a shift from lack or scarcity or insufficiency of resources, such as time, money and support, which comes from a lack of trust in life. The question to ask yourself here is:
Can I say YES to Life without a guarantee of the outcome, without knowing what Life holds for me?
If this feels challenging or confronting, then notice the experience you might have in letting go of control, letting go of the need to know the outcome, letting go of the need to know the answer to "the how, the what, the when, the who, the where, the why" and that this lack of trusting in the unknown keeps you from the deeper freedom you seek, and the aliveness you desire. It is most likely what keeps you in what I call Performance Paralysis:
The biggest shift for you to make here is a practice in shifting your attention from the busy doing of life to one of curiosity, openness, and wonder, like...
"Hmmm... I wonder... what might it take to... create more money, more time, more resources, more connection, more joy...?" and without forcing, LISTEN for the answer.
3) Connect With Others/Resources:
Most of us have no idea how disconnected we are from others.
We are so often surrounded by others, yet still feel alone and disconnected in life and relationships.
Our self-concept is made up of a matrix of beliefs that is the net sum of our beliefs about ourselves, about others, and about God/Spirit or the Universe itself.
Our self-concept informs and shapes our experience of life in far-reaching ways – it informs our expectations, the underlying sense of what we deserve to have (or not have), our behaviors, choices, and decisions, and it’s the underlying filter through which we interpret and respond to our experience.
This sense of “who” we are, and of what is and isn’t possible, has been forged by unconscious meaning-making throughout our lives.
Thankfully, who you've been is not an indicator for who you can become.
If you too have lost the woman behind the plan along the way, and you feel ready to claim her back, I want to invite you to explore what is truly possible for you when you unleash your power and potential, and catalyze your growth at the level of self-concept.
We know that how you see and perceive yourself is ultimately who and what you create.
So if you're seeking irreversible shifts and lasting results, now is your time. No more waiting. No more hesitation. No more plan required.
