Sitting at my desk one day in total despair because I couldn't function, a flash of divine wisdom downloaded like lighting... I experienced the absolute knowing, that we were not created to decline. I was having a conversation with God on this one... because seriously, what kind of sense would it make for God, Source, Life to have designed us decline? It doesn't. And we weren't created that way.

We are not designed to decline.
We are designed to DIVINE.

Heightened Mental Clarity and Focus: 
Many women experience heightened cognitive function during fasting periods, attributed to increased production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein crucial for brain health. I felt like I was Wonder Woman with the superpower of cosmic clarity. This alone has been worth a lot to me!

3. Listen to Your Body:

4. Embrace Holistic Wellness: Integrate fasting with the foods to support estrogen and progesterone in alignment with your cycle (we use the moon if you don't have one). What I call a linear diet is when you stick to the status quo of "I'm eating healthy" yet it's not in alignment with the needs of your hormones. This alone is HUGE. 

5. Get the Resources You Require to Succeed: Whether it is a book or a mentor on your journey, make sure you have the proper resources to support you. Both knowledge AND wisdom with accountability AND reflection are really important to anchor your journey to lasting transformation.

Fasting represents a profound shift in how we approach health and wellness — a shift that honors our body's wisdom and resilience. Fasting is a tool for transformation, and through it, you cultivate a deep and rich connection with your body... one that allows you to have conversations with your body... one that creates trust and beauty and love and reverence.
